Chef Paul Askew & The Art School Toasts Their Success In Catering For Last Night's The Turner Prize 2022 At The Stunning St. George's Hall
Last night in the stunning St. George's Hall, Chef Patron Paul Askew and his Team from The Art School had the immense honour of catering for 100s of guests in the stunning St. George’s Hall for The Turner Prize.
This marks yet another huge achievement for the esteemed Liverpudlian Chef that takes great joy in representing the Liverpool City Region. Chef Askew's accomplishments over the last 12 months alone include leading his team to cook for the G7 and hosting a sold-out fundraising dinner at The Hilton Liverpool.
Not to mention opening up another City Centre venture, BARNACLE, located in the fabulous Duke Street Market with fellow chefs including Chef Harry Marquart. The establishment focuses on causal fine dining and has recently achieved a spot on the list of Michelin Recommended restaurants.
The star-studded event brought together many of the world’s leading artists, art critics, wider media and their guests to the city to see who would win the prestigious award in the spectacular setting. The ultimate winner was announced as sculptor, Veronica Ryan.
Having been selected to cater for the major event, Chef Paul Askew proudly led his team in creating a stunning 3-course menu with Italian wines. They brought The Art School’s fine-dining experience to St George’s Hall, maintaining the restaurant’s impeccable standards in the historic setting.
