The just announced Scouse brasserie is coming to Liverpool in November at Duke Street Market’s Mezzanine, helmed by The Art School Restaurant’s legendary chef, Paul Askew, and Bone and Block’s Harry Marquart.

The new Brasserie, BARNACLE, is part of a collective of leading Chefs who will celebrate the Liverpool City Region’s food and drink provenance and celebrating all things local.

One of the high profile local Chefs involved, Paul Askew, is also the mentor for up-and-coming local Chef, Beth Disley-Jones, who recently won The Craft Guild Of Chefs Graduate Award For Pastry 2021. Again, showing the quality of Scouse talent and hospitality lineage that flows through the Liverpool City Region.

Plenty more will be revealed soon so keep an eye out!

Correction: BARNACLE's opening date was delayed slightly to the 1st of December 2021.
