North West Contractor Supports Liverpool’s Leading Homeless Charity, The Whitechapel Centre, For Their Urgent 2023 Christmas Appeal
Seddon volunteered to support The Whitechapel Centre’s 2023 Christmas appeal to give back to the community this festive season.
Working with partners Clear Futures and in collaboration with Robertson Seddon assisted the community by supporting the charities Donation and Essential Items Provision Service.
Seddon dedicated it’s time on Wednesday 6th December, putting together food parcels and household starter packs.
Seddon's Property Services team, driven by a genuine commitment to social responsibility, dedicated their time on Wednesday the 6th of December to show their support for those experiencing homelessness in Liverpool. In recognition of these challenges, Seddon has collaborated with Clear Futures and Robertson in a collective effort to assist The Whitechapel Centre through volunteering and fund donation.
Seddon’s Social Value Executive, Caroline Grainey, said: 'At Seddon, we pride ourselves on giving back to the local community and we are honoured to work alongside The Whitechapel Centre, who provide vital services to support the homeless across Liverpool.'
The Whitechapel Centre saw volunteers from Seddon, Robertson and Clear Futures, support the charities Donation and Essential Items Provision Service. Volunteers worked in partnership to unload and sort incoming donations, put together food parcels and created household starter packs.

The count of households in England facing homelessness or being at risk of homelessness has risen by 6.8% compared to the preceding year, totalling a notable 298,430 households, including 104,460 families with children.
The Whitechapel Centre is committed to helping people find and maintain a home whilst learning the life skills essential for independent living. The 2023 Christmas Appeal focuses on support for those who are facing Christmas without a safe place to call home by providing a Christmas lunch, warm space and gifts over the festive season.
