National Museums Liverpool (NML), which includes several well-known museums and galleries across Merseyside, has partnered with digital consultancy PushON to enhance its digital analytics capabilities and inform future strategy for the museums – both individually and collectively.


National Museums Liverpool is home to major institutions of national importance, such as The Museum of Liverpool, The Walker Art Gallery, Lady Lever Art Gallery, and The International Slavery Museum.


NML has partnered with PushON in order to improve its approach to digital analytics. With the goal to better understand how its existing and potential guests engage with their online platforms. Therefore assisting in ensuring meaningful engagement with its diverse online audience, both locally and internationally.


Manchester consultancy, PushON, archived valuable legacy data from its old Universal Analytics system before providing Google Analytics 4 consultancy, support, training and setup.


With improved website analytics, National Museums Liverpool can tailor its offerings more effectively, ensuring each museum and gallery meets the needs and interests of its visitors.
