Maray is introducing Green January, a celebration of their vegan and vegetarian offerings that they are so well known for.

Falafel, hummus, braised carrots, and their renowned ‘Disco Cauliflower’ complete with chermoula, harissa, tahini and pomegranate are all available on the offer.

Inspired by Middle Eastern, North African and Mediterranean cuisines, fresh, seasonal veg is a huge part of the diverse Maray menu.

Their chefs love cooking with vegetables and Maray also want to highlight the fact that a small reduction in your meat intake can be good for your health, and also good for the environment (and in this case very good for your wallet too).

With two Maray locations in Liverpool, situated on Bold Street and on The Royal Albert Dock, as well as a location in Manchester City Centre, you are spoil for choice as to which venue you can visit for your foodie fix.
