BARNACLE will be celebrating its 1st birthday with a unique tasting menu on Thursday the 1st of December in The East Village neighbourhood of Liverpool City Centre.


Almost a year in and the Scouse Brasserie has established itself in its own sweet-spot of casual fine-dining.


It’s an intimate space to while away the hours for lunch, dinner or languorous Sunday roasts, whilst served some of the finest food and drink inspired by the seasons and independent suppliers around the Liverpool City Region.

The Birthday Celebration Menu features a unique tasting menu with 5 paired wines, and also heralds the start of the Festive Season at BARNACLE.


The acclaimed collection of chefs who founded BARNACLE couldn't be more proud of what they have achieved this past year.

The Scouse Supergroup of Chefs includes The Art School’s Chef Paul Askew, Bone and Block’s Chef Harry Marquart and the flourishing culinary talents of Kieran Gill and Jake Lewis.


The collective continue to tell the story of Liverpool’s gastronomical odyssey in Duke Street Market’s Mezzanine and with their first year having been so successful, we're certainly excited for what their second year has in store.


From achieving thier place as a Michelin Recommended Restaurant, to Calvin Harris dropping by after having played a set at Creamfields, and participating in the incredible Taste Liverpool Drink Bordeaux.
