Local Law Firm That Serves The North West Has Expanded Outside Of The Liverpool City Region For The First Time

The Liverpool City Region-based law firm, MSB Solicitors, that has clients across the North West, has launched a brand new office in Manchester.

This comes as a momentous achievement for the company and is a positive demonstration of its continued growth across the North West.

'This move to Manchester is a recognition of our success over the past year, and we’re looking forward to building our client base in the city as we expand our offer.' - Emma Carey, Managing Partner at MSB.

The new office opening in Manchester will be the fifth location for the company and the first location outside of the Liverpool City Region.

The full-service specialist firm is now one of the newest tenants at 3 Hardman Square, in the heart of Manchester City Centre's Financial District.

To date, MSB has become a highly regarded and well-esablished firm in the Liverpool City Region. The company is headquartered at St. Paul's Square, in The Commercial District of Liverpool City Centre.

The Manchester office is set to initially house a permanent base of solicitors, admin and support staff from the firm’s Family & Social Housing and Regeneration Team, with plans to include the Commercial Property and Commercial Litigation Teams within the next six months.

Following its record growth, MSB Solicitors has been delighted to welcome more than 74 new members of staff in the last 18 months alone. The company's latest expansion into Manchester City Centre also follows with further plans for another new Liverpool office.

'We are still very much a regional firm, and can best serve the clients of our community as we know our region better than national or international firms, meaning we can provide a truly bespoke, personalised service.' - Emma Carey, Managing Partner at MSB.

The firm will be looking to recruit solicitors, paralegals, and trainees in the areas of social housing and regeneration and family law to support their exponential expansion.

Over the last three years the firm’s revenue has seen significant growth, increasing by approximately £1.2 million each year, with a further £2 million anticipated in the next 12 months.

After having developed strong links with clients in the property and litigation sectors in Manchester over their years of work, MSB felt it was time to set up a permernant base. The new office aiming to enable the company to build on its existing relationships, as well as develop new ones in the neighbouring city.

Emma Carey, Managing Partner at MSB, said: 'As a firm, we’re keen to increase our presence across the North West, expanding our services beyond Liverpool and over to our neighbours in Manchester.'

She added: 'We’re proud to deliver excellence in legal services to all of the communities we serve – whether they be ultra-net worth clients or vulnerable clients eligible for legal aid.'
