Starring two beloved national treasures, the much anticipated pantomime, Mother Goose, is live at the Liverpool Empire Theatre in Liverpool City Centre.


The play revolves around theatre royalty, Sir Ian Mckellen, as Mother Goose, and her husband, Vic, played by Scouse comedy legend, John Bishop as part of a dynamic cast of 15.


On the nationwide UK Tour, the pantomime has been met with great success. Astounding the critics and theatregoers alike. With reviews including The Metro saying: 'The pairing of Ian McKellen and John Bishop is pure genius.'

The panto is playing all the way up to Easter in an innovative approach to the concept which has been delighting everyone that has seen it, from rave reviews to 5 star reviews galore.


Mother Goose will be live in John Bishops hometown of Liverpool from Tuesday the 28th of February until Saturday the 4th of March.


The pantomime is showing in theatres across the UK, including Liverpool, Leicester, Oxford, Dublin, Cardiff, Bristol and Salford.
