Here is how Silkhouse Court is expected to look in Liverpool City Centre, located in the city's Commercial District.

The developer has said it is changing the high rise office block into a residential building. The Commercial District, which is the financial and professional business hut for the Liverpool City Region, is progressively becoming more of a residential area, with currently around 1,500 people living in the city's district.

This however, is not detracting from the amount of businesses conducting activities in the area, and is only adding to the offering, alongside other residential skyscrapers and high rise buildings in the area; such as Beetham Tower, Alexandra Tower and West Tower.
