With The New Stadium Receiving The Green Light From Liverpool City Council, Here Is What Everton's New Ground Is Intended To Look Like In The Vauxhall District Of The City Of Liverpool
Liverpool City Council has permitted Everton FC to move forward with plans for their Bramley-Moore Dock stadium in December 2020.
The consultation for moving the club's stadium included moving their grounds outside the City Of Liverpool and into one of the other Boroughs in the Liverpool City Region, such as the Borough of Knowsley. However, many fans felt that it was essential to keep the club in the heart of the Region and in the City of Liverpool.
The Vauxhall District has been shown to be an ideal spot for the club to move its grounds. It is only a stone's throw away from The Commercial District and will essentially begin expanding the City Centre further and start enabling the improvement of transport links in the currently underused area.
Below is a library of images of how the stadium could look upon completion by 2024.
