Global Insurance Broker, Gallagher, has expanded their Liverpool branch with 6 new staff enhancing the team.
Gallagher's Liverpool office employs more than 60 risk management and insurance specialists.
The expanding team will be able to further support their specialities in the Marine and Healthcare sectors, alongside their work with SMEs.
Insurance broking and risk management firm Gallagher has expanded its Liverpool team as it continues to grow and strengthen its service to clients in the Liverpool City Region.
The business has welcomed 6 new recruits to its team with a wealth of experience in supporting organisations in the region with their risk management and insurance needs.
Gallagher’s Liverpool office, based in Spinnaker House, Sefton Street on Liverpool's Waterfront, employs over 60 risk management and insurance specialists, looking after a broad range of businesses across Liverpool, and the wider Liverpool City Region including areas like the Borough of Wirral.

Due to the global scale of Gallagher, it has a variety of specialisms, with the Liverpool office particularly spcialising in marine and healthcare insurance. The firm has been based in the city for over 20 years and these new appointments mark Gallagher bolstering its existing expertise, plus bringing in new talent in the marine and healthcare sectors, both of which play a significant role in the local economy.

In his new role, Callum will focus on growing Gallagher’s insurance offering to the healthcare sector and will be supported by new Account Broker, Jessica Smith, who brings 10 years’ experience gained both locally and internationally.
The appointment of Gill Birchall as Account Broker will see Gallagher strengthening its marine expertise and expand its client offering. Gill has worked in the marine industry for over 30 years specialising in shipping and insurance claims management.
Three new Account Brokers have been hired to look after Gallagher’s growing corporate client base in the Liverpool City Region which includes businesses of all sizes from SMEs to large corporates. Helen Hall brings with her 27 years’ experience having delivered insurance services to businesses and high net worth individuals. Martin Rimmer brings over 20 years’ experience and Ben Thomas joins with a background of developing insurance solutions for SMEs as well as product development.
