The Educate Awards, in partnership with ASL, is the largest education awards in the North West. Now in its thirteenth year of running, the awards are open to schools, colleges and academies of all shapes and sizes, including alternative and specialist provisions.

There are 21 categories for schools, academies, and colleges to enter, with something to suit everyone from literacy to sports to performing arts.

With the end of the academic year fast approaching, Educate Awards founder, Kim O’Brien, is urging Liverpool schools and colleges to enter the awards so they don’t miss out.

Kim O’Brien, Educate Awards Founder, said: 'We are only two weeks away from the entry deadline for the Educate Awards 2024 and I strongly encourage Liverpool schools and colleges to put their best foot forward and enter.'

Kim added: 'There are so many fantastic things happening in Liverpool schools and we want to hear about them. The awards are free to enter, and you can enter as many times as you wish.'

With just 16 days remaining until entries close on Sunday, 14 July, the Educate Awards team has shared its top tips for schools and colleges to help with the submission process here. Entries can be submitted for free, here.

The annual awards extravaganza returns to the Liverpool Cathedral on Friday, 15 November, for a night of glitz and glam. This year Liverpool legend and long-term Greatest Hits Radio presenter Simon ‘Rossie’ Ross will return as host.

The evening will also feature a jam-packed programme with special performances from schools in the region.
