Jessica Licence, Site Manager at Bellway’s Arrowe Brook Park development in the Borough of Wirral, has achieved an impressive feat, having received her second 'Pride In The Job Award' from the National House Building Council (NHBC).

Part of a team of three women heading up construction at this superb development of new homes in Upton, 37-year-old Jessica has once again been recognised as one of the UK’s most exceptional site managers setting the benchmark for excellence on site.

Along with her colleagues, Assistant Site Manager Beth Guttridge, and Trainee Assistant Site Manager Amelia Size, the trio impressed the judges with their exacting standards and commitment to only the highest quality across all areas of the construction process.

One of the most highly regarded awards in the housebuilding industry, Pride In The Job has been in existence for more than 40 years and is a prestigious accolade that site managers strive to achieve.

'The whole team works so hard to maintain consistently high standards across all areas of build on site so to be recognised by the NHBC is a huge professional achievement for us.' - Jessica Licence, the multi-award winning Site Manager at Bellway’s Arrowe Brook Park on earning her second award.

Judging is a rigorous process that covers all key areas of the construction process including quality of workmanship, technical expertise, health and safety, management and leadership and site managers must score highly in all areas to win.

This is the second time that Jessica has received a Pride In The Job Award; her first was in 2014 at Bellway’s Links View development in Southport. Hugely experienced with a meticulous approach and consistent attention to detail, she has worked in construction for almost two decades starting her career as an apprentice with Bellway nearly 20 years ago.

Talking about the Pride In The Job Award, Jessica Licence, the multi-award winning Site Manager at Bellway’s Arrowe Brook Park, said: 'It is incredible to receive my second Pride In The Job Award'.

Jessica added: 'The whole team works so hard to maintain consistently high standards across all areas of build on site so to be recognised by the NHBC is a huge professional achievement for us. It’s also great for our customers who can be reassured that our homes are of the highest quality.'

Managing Director at Bellway North West, David Williams, commented: 'Winning a Pride In The Job is not easy. This award is thoroughly well deserved by Jessica and the team at Arrowe Brook Park and we are all very proud of them.'

Located on Arrowe Brook Road, Arrowe Brook Park is a beautiful collection of three and four bedroom new homes in the Wirral, less than one mile from Greasby and very well connected for the world class attractions of the City of Liverpool, with the Wirral being one of the Six Boroughs in the Liverpool City Region.

The housing development enjoys a sought-after semi-rural location close to both the countryside and the coast. With the development having proved popular with families, first-time buyers and commuters across the Liverpool City Region.
