Alcedo Care Group Announces Record Results — Having Earned Record-Breaking Annual Results & Forecasting Further Significant Growth Across The North Of England And Wales

Alcedo Care Group has enjoyed another successful year as a top-rated home care provider, with its headquarters in the Liverpool City Region, and working across the North West of England.


It is consistently rated one of the best care providers in the UK, with the independently-owned and family run company reporting a record-breaking year, enjoying turnover which was up 170% from £14 Million to £24 Million (year ending March 2023).


Organic growth from its 18 existing busy offices across the North of England and Wales has supported in enabling the organisation to break its records. This has further been supported by additional growth from new office openings, and supplemented with the addition of new business streams such as live-in care, complex care and children’s services which have all contributed to their record breaking financial results. Therefore ensuring that the Group is firmly on track to achieve its impressive forecasted turnover of £36 million by March 2024.


Coinciding with a successful year-end, Alcedo Care has now moved to a new wholly-owned Head Office building on Slaidburn Crescent in Southport, situated in the Liverpool City Region's Borough of Sefton. Representing a £1 Million investment, the office becomes the base for the Group’s growing team and home to a superb new academy facility that can host 70 people for training and team-building sessions.

Alcedo Care Group continues to champion careers in care and is aiming to recruit more than 1,000 new carers to its team by the end of March 2024. It also continues to expand at pace, with 10 new office openings planned this year and next and a further extension of its geographic presence into new areas including Yorkshire and the North East.
